INGREDIENTS

 

46       Ounces of pineapple juice

4         Cups of freshly brewed tea

3         Cups of apple juice

½        Cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

2         Cups of ginger ale

 

 

METHOD

 

(1)       Mix the pineapple juice, tea, apple juice and lemon juice thoroughly in a suitably sized container (Have enough room for the ginger ale to be added later)

(2)       Place the mixture in the fridge until cold

(3)       Add the ginger ale just before serving

(4)       Serve cold, in a tall glass, with a sprig of mint
