Motorhome prices 6 Years, 11 Months ago
As we are about to purchase our first motorhome after years of towing a caravan and foreign package holidays, we have looked at many dealers and are convinced prices especially of secondhand motorhomes are artificially high. For example a swift escape is £32000ish new which includes vat, if you manage to see a 6 month old example the price is around £31000ish with no vat to pay! what has happened to the 17.5% vat or is this a case of dealers ripping us off? this is just one example of many marques we have see. This really is just an observation as we realise good quality second hand staock is in short supply and that we will have to pay the going rate or go without!
